WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Your personal information is processed at the Devina Louise office in Australia.
Some of your data may be processed on our behalf by our vendors in other countries. These include companies such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Shopify.

Payments are processed by Shopify, which encrypts all transactions. We do not store your full credit card details on our own systems.


MARKETING EMAILS AND UNSUBSCRIBING

If you opt in to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to hello@devinalouise.com.au. We will remove you from our marketing list within 5 business days, in line with the Australian Spam Act 2003.


HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, and as required by Australian law. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After this period, your data is irreversibly deleted.


YOUR RIGHTS

If you believe any personal information we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you can ask to see it, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@devinalouise.com.au.

If you would like to make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, or believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), please contact us at hello@devinalouise.com.au. We will look into your complaint and work with you to resolve it.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the address on your account) or through a notice on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
