Standard Shipping (Australia)	Free
Express Shipping (Australia)	$20
Standard International Shipping	$40

DESPATCH

We aim to despatch your order within 2–3 business days.

Each piece is made in small batches, so during busier periods despatch can take a little longer.

Express orders are despatched as a priority, usually within 1–2 business days. Express shipping isn’t available over the Christmas period, while our team takes a break.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking. If you have a question or need help locating your parcel, write to us at hello@devinalouise.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

PACKAGING

Online orders are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in compostable satchels.


RETRUNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure returned items are unworn, in original condition and with all tags attached.
