Refund policy

 

If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

If you’re between sizes or unsure about fit before you order, write to us at hello@devinalouise.com.au. We’d rather help you choose the right piece than process a return.

HOW TO RETURN

Email hello@devinalouise.com.au and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Send them to:

EXCHANGES

If you’d prefer to exchange for a different size or colour rather than refund, let us know in your return email and we’ll arrange the swap directly. There’s no need to repurchase.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds can take a few extra days to appear.

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it’s the wrong piece, let us know straight away at hello@devinalouise.com.au and we’ll sort it.
